We want genuine Uniglide products to reach you in saleable condition. Please inspect your shipment promptly on delivery.

• Report damaged, leaking, incorrect or missing items within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and order details.
• Opened, used or tampered lubricant products cannot be returned unless a verified manufacturing defect applies.
• Approved returns must be unused, sealed and in original packaging.
• Refund timing depends on inspection and the original payment method. Shipping charges may be non-refundable.
